All applications must be returned by April 15th (Wednesday). ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Spotlight Club: Is starting up again (drama and acting)!! It meets Thursdays in the MPR from 3-4:30 pm. This club will run once a week for approx. 10 weeks with a show at the Plaza Playhouse on the weekend of May 30th. Last fall, the kids who participated had a blast!! There is a $75 fee for the club as we bring in a trained drama instructor to work you. Clarissa Ramirez scored twice, Laura Flores scored, and so did Isa Alarcon (aka Danny). We will be starting mock battles to prepare for the district meet on the 17th. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Yearbooks: Such a deal for you! This is the last day to order a yearbook for $20. Next week they will be $25. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Cafeteria Policy Change: Beginning Monday students will only be allowed to charge twice for hot lunches. No further charges will be accepted. After the second time a substitute lunch will be provided. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Club Live: Club Live is requesting entries for a writing/photo/art contest to promote a positive, drug-free and healthy lifestyle for teens. The top three winners in Santa Barbara County will receive cash prizes. All entries are due Tuesday, April 14.
